I’ve been following Kelly’s blog since 2018, have read her book, and am incredibly helped by what she shares. With a vast amount of free information and resources on her blog and website, I've been implementing her principles, which are helping me lose weight. A piece of advice she details in her book which has helped me the most is to stop punishing yourself, focus on making small changes (one at a time), and silence that inner critic.
