I'm inspired to cook with fresh ginger more often -- It sure does add a fresh, Asian flair to this dish!
I saw the recipe on www.TheGirlWhoAteEverything.com. For recipe, click here
I used 'shells' instead of spaghetti noodles, and used the whole 12 oz. box (not just 8 oz.), and increased the other
ingredients accordingly. We're both peanut butter and noodle-lovers, so this easy dish was a 'hit'!

WOW, what a blessing! I've only finished story #3 and am really enjoying this collection of stories! Several are written by international authors, which gives them an additional interesting flair. Just good, clean, well-written stories & romance!
I look forward to reading the next six stories -- will ration them out to enjoy this collection as long as possible. :)
On Joseph Prince's broadcast today he featured a testimony from baseball star Albert Pujols and his lovely wife, Deidre. Albert Pujols is a 3-time National League MVP, 10-time MLB All-Star, 6-time Silver Slugger, and much more! I'm a NEW FAN!! He's an AWESOME athlete, but more importantly (to me) is his love for Jesus, his wife and family, and desire to glorify God. Along with them, Evan and I also share these values and a great appreciation for Joseph Prince's Ministry. His ministry has changed our lives -- really helped us to know and experience the goodness and grace of God on a personal, intimate basis. In addition to being part of an awesome local church, we watch, listen to, or read something from his ministry almost every day (for the last six years)-- and are extremely blessed!! You can view his broadcast daily on several popular TV Channels, listen to his podcast or view his "On Demand" daily broadcast on his website... click here!
Thank you for landing on my blog! This a collection of photos, art, poems, and other creative stuff on my life journey. Sort of a visual diary.
