SUGAR COOKIE CUPS
A new sugar cookie recipe! Easy to make, tastes good, and mails well! :-) For recipe click here New York Crumb Cake (Muffins)I love crumb cake, but have never made it. Click on link under photo for recipe. Chocolate Chip Tea Cookies One of my new all-time favorites! SUPER EASY to make! Since we're on the subject of baking, I thought I'd share my Christmas cookie poem... Merry Christmas!
PEANUT NOODLES
I'm inspired to cook with fresh ginger more often -- It sure does add a fresh, Asian flair to this dish! I saw the recipe on www.TheGirlWhoAteEverything.com. For recipe, click here I used 'shells' instead of spaghetti noodles, and used the whole 12 oz. box (not just 8 oz.), and increased the other ingredients accordingly. We're both peanut butter and noodle-lovers, so this easy dish was a 'hit'! No Kneed Crusty Bread
VERY easy (4 ingredients) and delicious-- Evan loves this bread! Recipe courtesy of Kristen at CookiesCakesPiesOhMy.com (Awesome website!) Click here for recipe! Gooey Oatmeal S'mores Bars
Recipe courtesy of Anna Bradley at Sunny Side Ups ~ for recipe click here! I refrigerated mine for several hours before cutting them... DELICIOUS! I recently made these cream-filled cupcakes for a holiday get-together-- They're one of my old-time favorites. For cupcake recipe click here. Because the chocolate cupcakes have a gooey filling, they really don't NEED frosting, but because I wanted these to 'look good', I added this delicious (NEW to me) marshmallow buttercream frosting. It's my new favorite frosting!!!! For frosting recipe click here. What treats have you made lately?
![]() I saw this recipe from The Gold Lining Girl around Easter-time and finally made it -- minus the colors, cutouts and coconut. I LOVE marshmallow and enjoyed taking the plunge and making it myself! This is Evan's Mom's candy thermometer (first time using one of these, too). One thing about this warm, liquid marshmallow... it's yummy and EXTREMely sticky! :) I plan to make some Mother's Day treats for Mom with it. |
