Tater's "Food Haus"Because Hobbs is on a weight-loss diet and Tater's a slower eater, we had to come up with a way for them to eat together without constant monitoring. After watching this video, I came up with this makeshift solution... (Hobbs' food bowl is up on the piano.) Pretty low-budget, but it works! Tater's growing so fast he barely fits in this opening anymore, Lol. Anyway, I'm grateful for the idea!

First Cuddle After many harrowing (yes, harrowing) days of Hobbs exerting his dominance over the newcomer (baby Tater) -- we experienced a miracle... A cuddle. There might have been other cuddles, but this was the first one I saw (on about day 10 of Tater's adoption).
We've noticed now that Tater is OFTEN the instigator, and they seem to LOVE tangling with each other. THANK GOD! And go figure... An amazing scripture in Job 12:7 says, “Just ask the animals, and they will teach you. Ask the birds of the sky, and they will tell you." • Mac's been quite a "therapy bunny" for us, and we're learning much from him -- about unconditional love, trust, and having a positive expectation of good. • We adopted a new family member last week! His shelter name was "Tater Bug" and we renamed him "Purr-Tater". He's about 4 1/2 months old and a bundle of energy and love. He's quite a confident, fearless fellow and hopefully his transition into our home will be a success! Stay tuned... Purr-Tater
